Machining Technology Courses: Holemaking (Drilling / Thread Cutting / Thread Forming)

This course is aimed at machine operators, programmers, and workshop managers. It covers the machining process for short-hole drilling (up to 30×D) using indexable insert drills, center drills, and solid carbide drills.

The course provides classification of different drilling systems to understand the principles of efficient drilling processes and to support production planning in a targeted manner.

Calculation aids and digital support tools are also used.
