Another development with considerable savings potential has taken place in machining: The Liquidtool Manager monitors the condition of cooling lubricants in machining centres and detects problems early in the process. The quick-to-install system stabilises processes, increases overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduces downtimes.

Our chemistry works: All items available in the ToolShop comply with the latest health guidelines and contain clear instructions for their correct use. The safety data sheet contains key information about product-related hazards, protective measures, accident procedures etc. and is available to download under each item. NB: Brütsch/Rüegger Tools provides the safety data sheet with every order in your correspondence language and in two other national languages, if required.

4. Hazards and legislation: Being prepared for an emergency
Whether corrosive, toxic, flammable, oxidising, explosive or environmentally hazardous, or harmful or hazardous to health, we ensure that chemical products are stored, transported and used with the necessary care. Brütsch/Rüegger Tools adheres to the German Chemicals Act (ChemG) and the Chemicals Ordinance (ChemV SR 813.11) in its handling of hazardous substances.
The following distinctions exist for chemical products: explosive, highly flammable, oxidising, pressurised gas, corrosive, toxic, hazardous with caution, harmful to health, hazardous to the aquatic environment.
To help you gain time in the event of an accident, we work together with the manufacturers to ensure that all key information is listed on all labels in at least two official languages — clearly visible, legible and in lasting quality.
